At Escribo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
